Unplug from the noise, slow your pace, and settle into the rhythms of nature. This 3-day retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and gently return to yourself—surrounded by open landscapes, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.
Whether you're craving quiet, inspiration, or just some time to breathe, you'll find space here to simply be.

Yoga: An awakening morning yoga to create space in your body and mind and slower and grounded practice to quiet the thoughts and nervous system before the bed.
Breathwork & Meditation: A guided practice to help release tension and open space for clarity, calm and emotional release.
Guided Journaling: A chance to reflect, realign with what matters to you and get clear on what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to let go of.
Stillness & Silence: Deep relaxation & Yoga Nidra to slow down, reconnect and rest in a peaceful environment.
Nutritious meals: Tea/coffee, a nourishing homemade breakfast, snacks and healthy dinner to keep you energised
Free Time: Walk & explore the beautiful surroundings; lie by the pool; journal, chat, rest — whatever you need. A space that invites you to just be.

The farmhouse offers a mix of cozy indoor rooms and more rustic outdoor options, depending on how close to nature you’d like to be.
In-house stays (King-size beds):
A bright suite with no shower overlooking the farm
An open-view double room filled with light
A quieter ground-floor room for privacy
Other options:
Bring your own tent
Or stay in your camper van with access to facilities
You’ll have access to one indoor bathroom and two outdoor showers under the sky, plus access to the house with quiet corners to relax or journal.
We advise to do a detox from electronic devices, although high speed internet is available if you need it. -
Gentle Days with Intention
This is not a packed schedule or a strict program—it’s a soft framework to support you in returning to balance. Each day includes mindful movement, reflection, and rest, with space in between to enjoy the land, read a book, take a nap, or go for a walk.
You’ll be guided through:
Breathwork +Somatic Healing
Morning movement & yoga to wake up the body and clear the mind
Evening practices to calm the nervous system and prepare for restful sleep
Meditation & breathwork for emotional release and mental clarity
Guided journaling to explore what’s present and what’s ready to shift
Breathwork +Somatic Healing
Optional activities like hiking or making preserves with seasonal farm fruit
All practices are accessible—no experience needed.
You’ll be taken care with homemade meals prepared with care:
fresh breakfasts, snacks, tea/coffee throughout the day, and a cozy evening dinner to end the day together..
